Ms. Yoon is a seasoned professional providing guidance to businesses and professionals in strategic planning, team development, governance while identifying growth opportunities and innovative solutions. Ms. Yoon has proven success as a transition leader: from small to large scale businesses, individuals and teams, business and non profit organizations. She has risen to success as a fortune 100 executive as well driving success in private businesses. Her clients benefit from her unique path public and private sectors paired with her ability to innovate, collaborate, and grow results.
Over her tenure, she led change to multi state divisions over 2000 employees and 65 branches to improve processes to the end client. She drove higher YOY revenues, streamlined expenses,and focused on productivity, innovation, and employee retention. She led teams through historic changes while coaching new leaders to rise. She spearheaded programs focused in Leadership, Education, Advocacy, and Development to enhance the future stability of the organization. She navigated under-performing markets to top ranking teams, and developed “de novo” offices into growth markets. She held offices in Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, and Los Angeles with clients nationwide during her career.
Over the years, she has received numerous awards and recognition as a business leader and mentor.
Ms. Yoon earned her B.A. from Occidental College in Los Angeles. She earned her Master’s in Law from Wake Forest School of Law in North Carolina. And she completed post graduate Executive Education studies at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Ms. Yoon’s professional background is profoundly impacted by her close relationship with her family and guidance from her late father, who was a mentor, business leader, and community advocate.
Ms. Yoon is a native of St. Louis and is an alum of John Burroughs School. She volunteers her free time to community organizations for which she has a passion. And she and her family enjoy traveling and cooking together.
